Shipping Policy

Vanguard Research Labs is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Vanguard Research Labs.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Any applicable taxes or fees are also displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at vanguardsupportlabs@gmail.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Vanguard Research Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building management, or filing a claim directly with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vanguardsupportlabs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Vanguard Research Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at vanguardsupportlabs@gmail.com and we will do our best to intercept the shipment before it leaves our facility.
