Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vanguardsupportlabs@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
